The repair process only commences after full checking of shaft by crack testing and the stack laminations having been checked for hot spots.
This High Frequency controller has been redesigned and rewound to customer requirements and tailored specifically to their machinery.

Isonel anti moisture and anti fungus is used on all internal parts to help with life expectancy.

Coil Manufacture and insertion is completed with full random and destruction testing all to laid down quality standards.
Our technicians design and have manufactured tooling to high tolerance for coil manufacture.
All coil sets will have full reports available on tests completed during manufacture and insertion, plus final tests when the job is completed.
Manufacturing of commutators is able to be done with new shape mica inserted between segments after cleaning of any abrasions and testing for cracks and blowouts between mica and segments.
Size is not a factor any commutator can be done in this manner and to a standard that will last.
Mica used by Attika is of a high quality and is rated for high temperature use in any environment.
